Perfect measurements. Exactly what I wanted. Fabrix is great quality. Foam filling is firm and comfortable. Colour realistic to photos. One of the covers got a little damaged in transit. However, I messaged and explained situation. They kindly replaced the cover. I couldn't be happier with this product x

This is a good quality product, ordered it with little hassle and arrived in good time. If I knew it was going to be this easy I would have done it long ago.Material (linen) is good quality, as well as the anti slip backing. I ordered piping at the top and bottom and it makes it look tidy and creases the look of quality

We bought two of these cushions to supplement the original cushions on our 'not cheap' patio furniture which had lost some of their 'bounce back' and firmness. At 176cm x 66cm x 5 cm these are not 'small' cushions. Pricewise they were a bargain at £121 for the pair which included a £21 discount.The covering material is excellent. We chose the 'Orefin' fabric which appears to be the same as the original covering on our furniture....like a 'posh' canvas.....and it is waterproof.My only gripe is that the zip could be a little more robust.The seller recommends leaving them for 48 hours once the packing is opened, to allow the foam to 'reinflate' itself once removed from the vacuum packing. We did this and then fitted them to our outdoor sofas underneath the existing cushions....and the difference? Amazing. The foam in these is exactly the right density for supportiveness and comfort.Delivery was provided as being 'some time within a 5 day window' which suited us just fine....however to the credit of the supplier ours was ready 3 days before the first 'projected' delivery date.......Very efficient.Are these good custom made cushions? 100% YesAre they good quality? 100% YesWould we buy again from this supplier? 100% Yes.

Amazing service for made to measure. Arrived in under a week.Item came vacuum packed so was a bit surprised at the parcel size but they soon expanded to the correct size after unpacking.They are really well made and fit our bench perfectly. Our choice of colour is almost a perfect match for our other cushions and they fit perfectly on the bench. The foam packing makes them extremely comfortable to sit on but would advise a minimum thickness of 8cm if placing on a hard base. Ten out of ten all round.

Bought for a garden bench with no option of a seat cushion, so ordered a 3cm seat cushion to the size of the bench with ties. Item arrived in the scheduled time having been been made to size a little over 24 hours after ordered (you get a limited time to change the order by e e mail). It is delivered in an "impossibly" small box, the cushion having been vacuum packed and needing to be left for 24 hours so it could regain intended size - which it did.Happy with product, but not a particularly cheap item once you go through the specifying process so it is for applications where you cannot find a standard cushion that fits properly (not really surprising).
