WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!
Just hung my new beam yesterday, very easy install at the peak of a vaulted ceiling, and all I can say is wow. Looks 100% real and finishes out the room perfectly. This was a 16 foot beam, and took about 2 hours from start to finish, keep in mind I am not a carpenter in any way shape or form. Something this size works best with 2 people and a 3rd person when lifted into place, we build 2 simple lifts out of 2x4's, see pictures, this made it easy to hold the beam in place while attaching it, however 1 person could do it, but it would be tough, due to the size, not the weight. highly recommend this product.

This item I returned because the box was ripped off of it, and the beam was slightly damaged.

These are good quality mocha ups to wood, however it would be nice if seller could also include the measurements of the opening. It would avoid a lot of issues.

Looks good - image of matching mantel
Deducted a star because they did not protect it at all in the box and it was delivered chopped and beat up in the middle and end.Have not installed yet but have the matching mantel installed and love it.
