Chocolate flavour tastes great and I use it for lunch at work and it is really filling. Easy to scoop and shake. Loaded with protein, vitamins and minerals.

Makes really nice shakes. I make mine with full fat milk and it makes for a really tasty milkshake. Recommended

Huge review flip flop shocker! 1 star to 4.5 stars if it was an option. I poo-pooed this product weeks ago and I've totally changed my mind after ignoring the suggested preparation instructions and going my own way. To get the best out of this, I would go with 350-400ml of ice cold semi-skimmed milk and approx 1.5 scoops of product. I mixed it in one of those metal flasks that keeps the contents either hot or cold, and poured out through a small sieve into a glass. The difference was like night and day. Why not 5 stars? It's not quite there on the chocolate flavour for me, but it's still pretty good. I will consider re-ordering.

Well, I have tasted several protein shakes in my time, disgusting metallic taste and finally living in the back of the cupboard. Took a chance on this chocolate silk. Absolutely lovely creamy taste. I am very impressed and will continue to buy this. Filling, loads of vitamins , what a game changer.

Not the greatest but not the worst powdered high protein meal replacement shake I've tried. Very much a "malted" flavour chocolate, slight graininess, but not too bad. I used half water and half milk - I think it would have been too thick with all milk, given I used a nutrabullet to whizz it together. (With a shaker, I'd probably stick with the milk.) Drinkable, and doesn't leave me hungry, so not bad as an easy breakfast/lunch with a proper main meal, but I'd want to mix up the flavours. This on its own back to back? too much.

Nice chocolatey taste more importantly these shakes are not over sweet and do not taste ‘ chemically’. Quite filling, especially if left a while after mixing. Brought several flavours, have enjoyed all of them

Protein works packaging had a hole in it . Not ideal Won’t purchase again.

I never knew that just a drink could make you feel so full I wish I had known about this product years ago! I’ve been having 2 of these shakes a day for a week and then having an evening meal and I’ve already lost 6 pounds I’m definitely going to order again! I’ve had zero cravings for anything at all and it’s also given me a lot more energy I feel like I have a lot more motivation and happier I will definitely be continuing!
