Now that I’ve used the whole bag and placed an order for another one I will write a review. This flour is great. The bread comes out perfect and light, not doughy. I only really compared to other flour as I ran out of this one completely so had to use the other one I had at home. I really hope that the seller keeps this flour on Amazon for people to buy because it is really good one! Thanks

Eventhough it is pricey, the quality of this flour is perfect. Clean taste, great texture, we use it weekly for homemade pancakes and sourdough bread. I truly believe in clean eating and giving our bodies the best quality of food possible. We are subscribed to Polselli, the flavor and quality IS worthed the price.

Love this flour. Coworker has gut issues with any bread product from US, when I make thing with this flour we get to enjoy the food with no side effects!

Great flour and loved the 11 lb sack good for thin pizza crust and 3 ingredient breads next might try making my own pasta but for right now makes good egg noodles

I have only used this in making bread. So far it has the best results vs. other organic flours and my banquettes turn out very tasty!

Smooth yet tasty. Better than American made

This flour is awesome. My son-in-law was only eating gluten free but turns out he is allergic to the pesticides and GMO and bleaching agents in regular US flour. We only use this flour in our house now and everyone likes it and can eat everything we make.
