these are great. easy to use. keeps from changing the whole diaper. a little pricey but worth it

Now, this item is amazing! My husband has been bed-bound now for seven months due to a stroke. I have spent a fortune on researching and trying the different adult diapers, external catheters, even purchased a suction machine similar to the PureWick system, but none have impressed me as much as this simple item. No, it's not the total answer to your prayers, but it is an answer. Easy to use, just open the diaper and place it according to directions. In my opinion, it works almost like a cup, catching the urine so that all you have to do is carefully reach into the diaper, remove it and drop it in the garbage. Oftentimes, the diaper is not even damp. Thanks so much to the creator of this amazing item! I am totally impressed!

This is a great product that really works. It was referred to me by a caregiver and my husband and I think they are great. If you have an incontinence issue this will help you get comfortably through the night.

Not every product is right for every situation so reviews will differ but for us, this is a quality of care and life changing product. Our father has Parkinson's and his mobility has become more limited; at about 6' tall & less than 180 lbs, he's certainly not at an unmanageable size however, changing his briefs is still challenging. Condom caths were beginning to cause some irritation and skin breakdown and he dislodges other catheter types. Quick Change wraps have made everything more tolerable. As others have mentioned, the best way to describe how to use it, other than what is mentioned in the tutorial video, is to think of wrapping a burrito. His caregivers have noticed improvements to the condition of his skin and that he is resting better. The wraps are soft and quite flexible and may be a bit challenging to utilize initially but, for our dad, they work. Our family has noticed improvements in his demeanor and cognitive function; of course we cannot totally give credit to the wraps but, knowing his lifelong attention to personal hygiene, we are certain this has contributed at least some. It would be beneficial if the closure tab were more substantial but that is the only drawback we have experienced. Like other incontinence options, they are pricey but, for now, a tolerable trade off for the advantages the wraps do provide.

In theory it's a good idea but if you're planning on using them along with pull ups at night forget about it they may work well with a rap around diaper though, I have no intention of trying that

These pads are a life saver when it comes to bed ridden care. They are super absorbent. I could hold up to three uses while still keeping the individuals garments dry. I use these for my husband during the day when we have multiple appointments to avoid any an accidents. I’m glad I came across these, they truly add ease to his care.

These incontinence pads really do work! I was very skeptical but was willing to try them. My husband had a stroke and his whole left side is affected. He is bedridden with only one working hand. Using a urinal was a disaster, but his disposable briefs just weren't keeping him dry enough either. Almost every diaper change came along with wet PJ bottoms. The way all the disposable briefs are cut, with high leg cuts, was promoting more leakage. So I bought these hoping to keep him drier and his clothing drier too. I've used all ten of these pads and they are quite effective!! They are very soft and lightweight and very easy to put on and take off. They have consistently held all the urine with no problem and amazingly keep him the most dry than anything else we've tried. I was concerned about the top portion being left open but his brief seems to hold everything in place just fine with no leakage at all. I'm sure a diaper will be just as secure. Because of the price, I plan to use booster pads during the day when I change him more frequently. But for long naps or night time, these will be what we use. I find these to be an excellent product and have no cons to report other than I do wish the price was lower. However for the comfort and dryness they provide it is worth it to us. Highly recommend.

Difficult to use instructions are not very clear We have not had much success in keeping dry. Very disappointed we had great hopes. Not sure they’re worth we paid for them as far as comfort they are baggy and do not fit the crotch properly. I don’t have the muscle I used to have which might be the cause but they be baggy and loose so the protection is not terrific nor the fit

These diapers are great. They hold a lot so the bottom diaper doesn’t get drenched and cause rash on derrière. I highly recommend them. Great Product.

These make an excellent addition to adult diapers for my bed-ridden husband. They protect his sensitive skin from contact with urine and also keep him and the bed dry and comfortable.

Very useful for nighttime for adults. Recommend.

It was easy to put in place, but sadly not for our needs at this time.
