Good replacement to original one
The product is working fine. The charging speed is a bit slow but it's manageable. Overall it's value for money.

Stopped working after 3 weeks
Extremely poor quality. The laptop charger stopped working within just 3 weeks. This is unacceptable and has caused a lot of inconvenience. Would not recommend.

Backward compatible with my old surface pro
My surface pro is 10 years old and still works great but recently it's charger stopped working. I was worried that inwont find a charger that is backward compatible with my old surface pro. However as per description this charger works great with my surface pro and no need to hunt for a new laptop. Great value for money.

IT seems like it is not an original product, its a Local Market produce, although performance is OK, but feel is poor
