So that actual case itself is a 5 star. I would rate the shipping a 2 start however. I preordered the case and the order sat in "waiting to be fulfiled / future delivery date). When I looked at this same case and all the colors. It was available for next day shipping. The Amazon System has failed my order. Pre-orders should always be shipped first. I ended up cancelling my order and ordering my case and it arrived a full week earlier. No extra charge and no change in price. Just a little frustration that it was available for everyone but preorders. The case itself fits perfectly AND it comes with 2 fronts. One of the fronts has a built in screen protector and one does now. Extra KUDOS to Poetic for giving customers the option of using their own screen protector. The lips of the screen protector are raised enough that the screen will be protected from most falls. It is sturdy and feels heavy duty. The stand is pretty good. If you use a magnet, your best bet is to put the magnet between the screen protector and the phone.

I went case-hunting immediately when I got my OnePlus 12, and I am more than satisfied with my purchase. I love the inclusion of 2 front covers (with or without screen protector). It makes the product really versatile. I opted for the cover with the built-in protector for my daily use. It has a small unsightly circle for the fingerprint reader, but I don't mind. The phone is IP65 (not IP68) so protection is far more important than aesthetics. However, the blue case looks great. It adds a pop of color to the phone and makes more appealing. Wireless charging still works despite the case thickness and assembly was easy. Button presses work as expected also.

So I purchased one of these poetic cases in black for my hubby and one in blue for me. My husband says his is perfect. I helped him install it and loved the way it hugged every part of his OnePlus 12. So I ordered one for myself in blue. Unfortunately I think my blue one has a defect so I am returning it and trying out their "guardian" clear back model instead. If it weren't for the very small defect in mine I would have given 5 stars completely. The case seems rugged and the screen protector included feels practically flawless. Honestly it feels better than the manufacturer installed sticker protector I received my phone with. The fingerprint sensor works perfectly. I would 100% give poetic another chance. In the return options you can even choose to replace it with the exact same product. I chose return simply because I discovered their other OnePlus 12 case and I feel I will prefer that one personally as I don't want the kickstand feature and I would like to see my phones natural color.

I like the case overall. The kickstand feels a little cheap though. The screen protector scratched very quickly which was disappointing. I love how grippy the case is though. The screen protector is scratched and there is a ton of dust/hair in between the screen and protector. Pretty disappointed.

Only been 2 weeks but so far as I can tell, phone is still well protected. It is definitely on the larger size but that's really more cuz the phone is. This is a well fitting case that seems to hold up well, does what it is supposed to, the kick stand is super convenient, and it was a great deal.

I have bought this brand of cases for my OnePlus phones from the OnePlus 6, 8, 9 Pro, 11, and 12. Would recommend to anyone using OnePlus phones just get the case it is worth the money in my opinion.

Bought the case 4 months ago and it's already falling apart.

After losing my OnePlus 8 unexpectedly to a cup of water, I wanted to protect my new phone. This is great, especially since in protects the screen and charging port. Very happy with it!

Reassuringly solid and protective case, the stand is a neat feature. Feels like this will protect the phone in almost any circumstance. On the downside, it's quite a bit heavier and wider than normal cases, but I guess if it was flimsier it wouldn't do the job!
