Needed to replace all the angle stops in my home. This made quick work of piping that's decades old with so much build up. Even for this one-time project, it was worth it. Although for some areas closer to the wall, I still had to use sand paper, this cleaned the outer tip perfectly. Shiny copper. I'm not sure if running this thing too long on a pipe would thin out the pipe cause it really does work well with a drill.However, without a drill, this also does the job with a few turn with your hand. Again, beats sandpapering. My only regret is not having more pipes to use this on, it's so gratifying turning a crusty ol' pipe into a bright shiny copper rod. It's like the viagra for copper pipes.

Excellent performance. 1/4" hex drive shaft can be removed making the tool hand-operable in confined spaces. However, in close quarters I use it quite effectively on a cordless battery-operated screwdriver. Also with I.D. brushes.
