Would the pump stop if the water level is low?

I never let water get too low. I put fresh water every other day. I notice that cat drinks more if water is fresh and free from particles. Device keeps water cool, as well. If goal is to encourage drinking should change and clean device 3x per wk.

Is it possible to restrict the volume of water coming out of the fountain tap? My cat drinks from a faucet only when the water is moving very slowly.

I don't think you can adjust the flow. I bought it for a cat that likes to drink from the faucet and she does not seem to be intimidated by the speed of the flow.

Silicone pump broke while cleaning May I have be able to replace it? If so what’s the phone number , or email to get a new one?
