I bought this training aid for my daughter to enhance her volleyball serving skills. She was excited to use it and started practicing almost immediately after receiving it. She mentioned that she believes this tool will significantly improve her serve during practice sessions. However, she expressed a desire for a longer rope, as it currently isn't long enough to simulate serving over the net effectively. This would allow her to better visualize and practice her technique in a game-like setting.

Nice! I love the setters hand balls; they work great. The ball rebounder works great on the waist; though it is a bot tricky to get on, and the straps come twisted, which is impossible to untwist, so it is a bit off fitted, and the ball feels a LOT different in the strap, and hitting it normally. Great for underhand. Overall, I would probably buy this again. It is great for a rainy day, to play indoors, and it doesn't jerk, and you can hit more than you run. I wish that the book came as a hardcopy though, it would be great to have in games. The bracelet is very large for kids, and would probably only fit 15+ years of age at the minimum. Great product overall, but only 4 stars for now.

Works just as expected, allows our daughter to practice her serves and spikes without the need of a wall or person to return the ball! She loves it, and it's not wearing out as fast as I thought it would.

The backpack is useful and looks great, and the serving tool makes practice so much easier. The stickers and bracelet are a nice touch too. Highly recommend for any volleyball player!

Did not come with link for ebook as promised. I have sent an email to customer service of the company that makes this product and I am still waiting for a response. Also, rope burn. . .ouch. If your fingers are spread just a little too far apart the rope can slide between them and cause rope burn. Other than that it’s a decent product and does what it says it will do.

This volleyball trainer has been a game-changer for my daughter’s practice sessions. It’s easy to set up, stays secure, and really helps with improving serving and hitting technique—without needing a partner. She’s able to get tons of reps in, which has boosted her confidence and consistency. Definitely worth it for any player wanting to level up!

This review is for the Volleyball Training Equipment Aid. I bought this because it was recommended by one of our friends on my daughter’s volleyball team. She is 9 years old and was having trouble serving the ball over the net during games. She needed a lot of practice with her form and how to release and make contact with the ball. Not so much on the strength. This product was perfect for us to be able to practice this inside the house without the fear of breaking stuff (my wife would kill me if we did). It is usually 100 degrees outside during summer league so indoor practice is very helpful. We have a volleyball we use just for indoor practice that is clean. After a few days of practice, my daughter, who is the smallest one on the team, was able to serve consistently and contribute to the team. Her serves barely made it 10 feet before practicing with this.I like how the strap is adjustable in lengths so we can make it shorter or longer depending on how much breakable stuff there is around her. This is perfect for practicing a child’s form in underhand serves. Overhand serves are a bit tricky because the straps get in the way of the toss sometimes. It is also difficult to practice regular bumping because of the strap get sin the way as I toss her the ball and it sometime scratches her arms. Underhand serving is critical for youth volleyball players because this is where the child will be in the spotlight and it can be the highlight of the child’s game. If your child has a consistent serve then the confidence just grows from there.The ball fits very securely in the holder. There is no issue of it falling out at all. The strap fits well on the waist too.I would highly recommend this product for anyone who needs practice underhand serving.
