I am delighted with my new cogfee maker, it is very pretty and a super clean colour, but let's talk about the most important thing, that is, the quality and whether it does the job well. My first day using it I felt confused and due to not reading the instructions directly I made several mistakes and I felt disappointed and thought about returning it, but no, it was all a matter of reading the instructions and guiding me step by step, finally I understand it, it will make my coffees just the way I want them, I needed a machine that would prepare everything for me by simply touching a button and not having to make separate preparations. For example, lattes and cappuccinos are ready with just one button. I love it! it is easy to use for the price, it is of excellent quality, it is made of good material, I give it a 10/10, I have had it for 4 days and so far everything is fine.

I gave this as a Xmas present and from the very first cup it isn't work. Nothing pumped. Just a lot of loud thinking noises. All directions followed so we are hoping this was just a fluke. Rre-ordered a new one and hopefully it works better and I can give 5 stars.

The built in milk steamer with an attached milk reservoir seemed like a great idea but the one on this machine was difficult to use and only lasted a few weeks of daily use. And it was a pain to clean. I ended up buying a separate unit. The espresso maker worked okay but the overall design made it difficult to turn the handle to load the grounds. The temp of the espresso was just okay - I would have liked it to be a little bit warmer. After using this machine for less than a year. replacing it. Save your money and buy a better brand.

This is an easy to use and nice looking machine. The lattes are delicious! I highly recommended this product!

Easy to use and great for beginners and there are tutorials on this machine out there to help with any learning curves you may experience. The only real down fall is the espresso doesn't come out very hot at all. But if you are making blended drinks with ice this is great if not you will likely need to use the microwave for desired temperature

Me agradó los primeros días el café sale exquisito pero al transcurrir los días veo q se demora demasiado y aprieto la opción de capuchino y todas las luces verdes se encienden no hace nada y cuando lo hace suelta la leche y no el café casi a los 20 minutos tengo q darle de nuevo y es q lo hace voy a tener q devolverlo o reemplazarlo xq este no está funcionando muy bien

First impression is very good, it is a very successful coffee machine. Small, useful and very high quality material. I think it is a complete price performance product. I recommend it.
