Love these they really work. Just be aware they can be a blood thinner so less is more do not over use. They taste great and are very easy to use. Do not use too much.

Considering the teeny tiny spoon included inside, this package will last forever & a day. I love the taste of these but it may not be for everyone. Good addition to smoothies, food or to take by themselves which is my preference.

So glad I found out these Black Cumin Seeds make excellent tea!! And very healthy for you on top of an excellent option for tea! It's a dark tea but not bitter like leaves can be. And ZERO caffeine!! Plus I use them in a rice recipe I have and in muffins. Love them!
