The item broke and battery stoped working after a month, I can’t load it

They look great, easy to refill and hold the charge very well and easy to use. The only issue is the mills does not adjust well for grinding; it doesn’t give you fine grinding

I bought these as a gift for my mum and she absolutely loves them. The build quality is very high and they feel sturdy and well made in the hand. The matte finish looks great and doesn’t show fingerprints or stains, which helps them stay looking clean on the worktop. Easy to clean with a damp cloth, the base has a recharging port so you can keep them charging from the base on individually and the material on the grinders makes gripping easy. They have plenty of power and grind salt and pepper effortlessly, and the battery life is excellent. Once charged, they seem to last forever before needing another top-up, which makes them very convenient to use day to day. Everything about them feels smooth and well thought out. They’re not cheap, but the quality really shows and justifies the price.
