No pillow included. Only the case. However it is a classic 20 x 54 inch body pillow size so as long as your body pillow isn't bigger or way too shorter or small it should fit. I have no way of knowing for sure since you did not provide the size of your body pillow you asked "is this fit my body pillow?" To answer that truthfully you need to provide the size of your body pillow. But the first part of your question is it clearly states this is a pillow cover with zipper closure and no it does not come with the pillow insert so no pillow included. You supply your own insert pillow.
