Unfortunately, there were several things about this display case that was disappointing to me. The case caught my eye as a good looking case with tall spacing between the rows, but upon arrival, there were just too many things I didn’t care for in order for me to really be excited about it. Overall it’s light weight and doesn’t feel very sturdy. I feel like I will certainly have to limit what I put in the case as it doesn’t feel very solid and I would have concerns if it will hold weight. Despite being packaged well with foam and bubble wrap, there were numerous scuffs, dings and scratches on the display. The grooves cut into the rows are too thin. They really need to be wider. Especially when you factor in how tall the rows are, as if they were made for larger items, yet such narrow rows for you to set something in. There is also no groove cut into the bottom row. I don’t understand why now. Each of the other rows has it, so why not the bottom row? It makes no sense for this type of display Lastly, the included lock meant to prevent the door from being opened is pretty much pointless. The case itself is so light and portable that if someone wanted to, it would be incredibly easy to pry open the case or just take the whole thing and walk away. It’s still a decent display case if the design suits your needs. I just don’t see the value in it at its current listed price point (little over sixty dollars at time of this review).

This is a good display case for medals. I actually got this to display something else that's small, and it works well for that too. It came with the hardware to hang it, and everything looks good. I just feel like the wood is a little lightweight for the price. The case just doesn't seem super sturdy. I don't really understand the lock on it (anti-theft), because it would be super easy to just take the entire thing off the wall. I do like the case though; I'm just not sure that it's a good value at the current price of $61. My acrylic looks pretty good, but there were a few little scratches on it. Overall, I recommend this, but I did deduct a star for the issues I see with this display case. I look at reviews a lot when shopping. I hope this review helps!
