The install of this unit is extremely easy and anyone with minimal handyman abilities should be able to complete in 15-20 minutes. We love the look and finish and it really 'upclasses' the shower. As mentioned in other reviews, the water pressure is low from the factory but is easily rectified by removing the flow restrictors. There is one in the main brass connector that screws into your pipe in the wall. The second is at the bottom of the unit where the hose for the hand-held unit connects. Three and four are in the hand-held shower head handle. We only needed to remove the first two and and thrilled with the water pressure!

Quality build, easy installation, works great. I did remove the main water restrictor (comes out by removing a circlip) and find the pressure to be very good even with both shower heads running. The rainfall head is wonderful and the adjustability of the shower wand is also appreciated. During the install I added a bead of silicone around the bottom mount to protect the 3M adhesive pad. Don't know if this was necessary but had silicone handy so didn't cost anything.

Great shower, our plumber removed the flow restrictors so water pressure is great. Note that the valve to turn on the water is sold separately and was very difficult for us to find in stock. So happy with the final result though!

Works well and looks great

The shower system is great and I personally love the style, but make sure you buy the valve too, it's not included and when I tried to buy it, it came without the cartridge.

Perfect combination of shower and hand held! Im 5ft. and the husband is 6ft. The ability to have a shower head closer to my height is perfect!! The hand held works for both of us for rinsing and washing hair etc. Easy installation and was done in under an hour. Great water pressure ! Highly recommended.

Low Flow is disappointing! The 1.8 gpm flow delivers a less than optimal flow for my liking and according to the customer service team there is no way to get to the built in flow restrictor to modify it. My 3 star rating is based on the good quality and ease of installation.

I used this in a bathroom remodel. It looks great and feels sturdy. Once the water is turned off the handle or rain shower head continues to drop water slowly for a minute but that’s not a big deal for us.
