Save yourself the expense and frustration! I have used for over 30 days as directed, with not even the slightest positive result. In actuality, it has had an adverse effect and made me gain weight since starting the supplement. I have since stopped taking and am back at beginning weight. Perhaps the effectiveness is no different than the placebo effect.

It's a good appetite suppressant. However, the powder exploded in the container, and now I have some pills with no powder, which seems like a waste.

These work pretty good for curbing appetite. Follow with diet and exercise to see better results. I was able to maintain my weight, not gain or lose just by taking the recommended dose without diet or exercise.

I took this as directed for the full 30 days. Only effect was to make me very nauseated for an hour after taking each dose. Did not affect weight loss in the slightest. Hopefully it will work better for others.

Wow! I’m very skeptical about weight loss products, I’ve tried so many. I had actually lost weight by myself with just eating right and hit a plateau that he lasted over 2 months. I looked up what to do and this product popped up. A lot of people at my work are taking a shot for weight loss, this I feel is safer. I only take 2 capsules a day and it took 3 weeks, but now my weight is moving and I’m definitely less hungry. They taste nasty, but wash it down fast enough and you get past the taste. I am ordering my 2nd bottle now.
