Great headset!
I used this headset for the first time yesterday, and I was really impressed! I participated in a three-hour meeting, and the sound quality was fantastic. I could hear everything clearly, and there were no complaints about background noise or any disturbances from other participants. It made for a seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend it!

As a work headset, definitely 5 stars - the other end can't hear anything except my voice.
The noise-cancelling microphone (what they hear) is amazing. I've had loud background music, I've sat in a coffee shop buzzing with conversation, I've even banged the table next to me... and all the person on the other end can hear is my voice! For online meetings when you've got stuff going on around you, this headset is life-changing. The noise-cancelling headphones (what I hear) is so-so. Nowhere near as good as the Sony over-the-ears noise-cancelling headphones that I have, but since I use this headset for work rather than music etc, it's not too much of an issue.

While its microphone noise cancellation generally works well and effectively suppresses background noise, I have noticed that sometimes a crackling or static sound develops. When this occurs, the crackling lasts for many seconds and disrupts my calls.

I was sent a defective unit. Great surprise when I opened what was supposedly a brand new unit with a printed note inside listing the defects.

In One Line- Best in class Headset for Office work. It's superb ENC is so good that cancels almost all background sound and the person on the other end hears your voice clearly without any background noise. It also has ANC which works well too but it's automatic it changes the intensity automatically. The product is genuine and authentic. Connectivity to laptop, pc is great. But if you want to use it with your mobile phone it works well but doesn't cancels background noise.
