Is the ink archival and fadeproof?

It seems to be fade proof but I don’t know about archival.

Is this ink waterproof?

No. Any ink that is put into fountain pens, needs to be water soluble, else the ink will dry and the pen becomes totally useless

Will this fit in the Pocket brush pen?

The pilot pocket brush pens of the cheaper variety $4-12 are not refillable. The more expensive pilot brush pens -$60-70 are refillable but take a different cartridge then the IC50. The pentel pocket brush pens are all refillable but take the pentel cartridge rather then the pilot.

Would this ink work for pilot's parallel pen?

Should fit any Pilot pen that takes their ink cartridges. I have no personal experience with this, however.
