The air conditioner is amazing and the service provided by the company was awesome, Technicians were really experienced and they had knowledge about what they were doing. There literally 0 noise by the AC It's awesome.

I recently purchased the Cruize 1.5 Ton 3 Star AC. Delivery was quick and the product arrived in good condition. The AC’s cooling is satisfactory and performs well for a standard room.However, the installation experience was not up to the mark. Apart from the standard installation charges, I was asked to pay an extra ₹300 for the outdoor unit stand and ₹300 for copper pipe rolling. I’ve installed other brand ACs before and never had to pay extra for the stand—Cruize should seriously look into this.More importantly, the installation technician did not use any rope or safety gear while working on the sunshade on the top floor. This is a major safety risk and could lead to accidents. The company should ensure proper safety measures are followed during installation.Overall, the AC is good, but the hidden charges and lack of installation safety were disappointing.

After 2 months of purchase I am rewriting my review for this product. In my earlier review I have already mentioned that product is so so not very good not bad as you expect from a local brand. But in my opinion if services are good one can extract optimum benefits from the product.My AC was installed around 12th March in a very haste manner and unprofessional way, neither bending tool was used to mould copper pipe nor clipped it with the wall and also not vaccumed before installation which is must to get optimum cooling from AC. Even they didn't install water drain pipe with the AC.After installation I got a call from the company to get feedback and I explained the above to the calling person. He promised me to get my problems resolved within a couple of days but till now after almost completion of 2 months, no one has turned up resulted in no use of this AC. Basically this AC was installed in my daughter's room who comes very rarely from outstation so AC was not much used. If it was used all the drain water would have come into the room.2 days ago (09.05.25) I have made a complaint again with the company as my daughter is about to visit home, the person who attended my call was very ridiculous in resolving the problem and asked for repayment for installation. So I just asked him to get drainage pipe installed so that AC could be used on arrival of my daughter.Today on 11.05.25 l, I got a call from local service centre and when I explained again the above issues, he just disconnected my call without focusing on the genuine issue (installation) for which I have paid a handsome amount for installation. For the information of all the customers, I would like to mention here that I have already raised these issues with the technician at the time of installation but he installed at her own wish.The complaint was not resolved till date (11.05.2025) therefore I would like to apprise you all with very heavy heart that we the customers should not go on the ratings of the product. At my utmost surprise I am astonished as to how these people got managed to get these good ratings for their product whereas services are the worst ever I have experienced in the last 3 decades. Product is also of very cheap quality. Before buying this AC one must read very carefully and should not go for this product as you not getting a good AC and services too for the money you are spending on it.There are many good Indian and Japanese companies which can be chosen for the purpose like Daikin, Panasonic, Hitachi, Voltas, Bluestar, Lloyd etc.FOR THIS PRODUCT, I CAN SAY CHEAP PRODUCT WITH WORST SERVICES FOR A CHEAP PRISE.

I've had 4 Cruise split air conditioners (2 ton, 1.5 ton, and two 1 ton units) installed in my residence for about 4 months now, purchased from Amazon. Here's my experience. Initially I reached out to Kerala Region Manager Mr.Rajesh who was very helpful explaining product features and confirmed installation and service support. I made an initial purchase of a 1 ton and after its satisfactory installation and checking performance for a week, I took further advice and guidance from Mr.Rajesh on selecting the right capacity based on room size for optimal performance. All 4 units are cooling effectively and haven't had any issues. Installation was smooth with standard fittings. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase of Cruise air conditioners from Amazon for my residence in Kerala.

POSITIVES1. Works very well. Its full value for money.2. NEEDS ASSEMBLY FOR PIPES ETC AND INSTALLATION. Fortunately they call spontaneously once AC is delivered. Ashraf in Thane who was incharge must be appreciated for super follow up. PAVAN also is reliable, professional in setting up.3. BUY IT WITH NO HESITATION. RELIABLE PRODUCT. SAME AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE.NEGATIVES1. The installation needs longer pipe than 10 ft provided, most of the time. You need to buy it extra. Costs around Rs 6,000 to 7,000 for extra pipe and accessories. SO ACCESS YOUR INSTALLATION WALL AND DISTANCE WHERE THE INVERTER MACHINE WILL BE KEPT FIRST so that you're mentally prepared for extra expenses.2. EXTRA MONEY CAN GO if you want to cover the pipe on the wall. For this, you'll need a carpenter.3. Installation charges are extra and is already told about in the description of the product. Its Rs 1500. Mentioning it just to complete the information on expenses.4.. LESSON LEARNT: Be ready for more expenses + with your carpenter + grill man too if the need arises.REGARDING THE PRODUCT, ITS IS GOOD AND WITH NO ISSUE.
