Great conversion from Molex to SATA Power.
Works well. Takes some manipulating (brute force?) to attach it to the Power Supply cable. Easy connection to a SATA hard drive or SATA SSD.

No difference from OEM
Good quality, even better than some OEMs i've worked with.. The thing i hate most about MOLEX is the darn pins are a pain to align when connecting male to female connectors. Sometimes, well most of the times, the pins are just loose enough to not align and you have to wiggle and jiggle them to get them aligned and in place. All three of these just aligned perfectly, you can't get better than that. SATA connectors are solid and the wire gauge is adequate. No complaints
