My eczema on my face was slowly getting more and more itchy and I couldn't find a moisturizer that would soothe or get rid of the redness. Saw a couple of people talk about Illiyoon and decided to give it a shot, I'm glad I did! The moment I used it for the first time, the redness on my cheeks faded and I wasn't as itchy anymore. It really does keep your skin moisturized for most of the day. Haven't experienced any irritation either and this has replaced Cetaphil for me. The formula feels thick at first but once your skin absorbs it, it feels light weight.

I have only had the cream for 1 week. I have used it every morning and night and I am loving it. My face has never felt this moisturized (and yes I used other moisturizers daily before this) I typically have oily skin but with dry, flaky patches and they are disappearing. It also seems like the fine lines around my eyes aren't as noticeable. So far, 5 stars. I can update if that changes.*no scent, texture is nice, only need slightly more than pea sized for whole face.

this is one of those lotions that when you get in the shower the next morning you almost don’t want to “wash it off”. soooo hydrating and soothing almost like lrp cicoplast? i add my tanning drops to it which thins it out for the perfect consistency for my face, neck and chest. i’ve had it for like 6 months and it is still half full. it’s the size of a body lotion (which maybe that’s what it’s meant for? but i use it on my face lol and im a skin care junky)

My facial skin tends to look dehydrated, so I've been on a journey to find the best product that can give me a dewy look without triggering an allergic reaction. I was enticed to try Illiyoon because it’s marketed as safe for sensitive skin.I usually experience either an itchy rash or small red acne on my cheeks and chin. I bought this product because of its mild formula, and because it doesn't contain ingredients I’m typically allergic to—especially fragrance/perfumes. My skin and even my sinuses are sensitive to fragrances.Unfortunately, I still had an allergic reaction in some areas of my face. It became itchy. During the first two tries, I layered it with two other products: a hydrolyzed collagen jelly cream (also a Korean brand) and a hydro boost cream (an American brand). On the third try, I waited for the rash to go away and then applied the Illiyoon Ceramide ATO Concentrate Cream on its own—but sadly, the result was the same.On a positive note, I really like the texture. It's not too thick, not runny or sticky, feels light, and isn't greasy. It doesn’t make your skin look overly glossy like you've applied Vaseline. The size and quantity are good for the price. It retains moisture well, leaving my skin soft and appearing hydrated.As for the overall quality, it's not 100% for me. I was really hoping it would work with my sensitive skin—but unfortunately, it didn’t.

I have very sensitive skin that randomly flares up bright red after my usual nighttime skincare routine, but this completely neutralizes any of the redness quickly and painlessly. It's genuinely a lifesaver after years of awkward half attempts at fixing my unhappy skin, but this easily fixes it and I always wake up will my skin still soft and moisturized. This is absolutely a great solution for anyone with sensitive skin, especially for the price.

I was influenced to purchase on TikTok and I’m so glad I did!! The texture is a bit thicker and very hydrating. I would compare this to higher priced moisturizer and choose this brand every time. My 16 year old daughter is also using and she has eczema. She loves as well and her skin is tolerating beautifully. Will definitely be repurchasing!!

I bought this product for my face because it gets very dry around my mouth, chin and nose area. So far I have been loving it. You don’t need to use a lot. A very small amount goes a long way.
