Hands down, the BEST tumbler!
Honestly will never buy another tumbler besides these. It keeps drinks hot or cold for a long time but the best part is the lid. The mouthpiece is thinner than every other tumbler I've used which makes it very pleasant to drink from and completely eliminates the occasional dribble. Only thing that MIGHT be better is their new lid that shuts off for complete spillage safety. But honestly it's not a deal breaker for me and I won't be looking for a new one until I lose this one (touch wood that never happens though!)

Dented. A pain to use on the go as it doesn’t close
This arrived dented at the bottom right where it says owala. It’s a pain taking it out with me as it doesn’t close so I can’t put it in my bag. It’s also very big and thick so hard / uncomfortable to hold.Does keep tea/ coffee hot. A little too hot to drink through the hole.

It can’t keep hot and cold like advertised! And it spill very easily :) quite disappointed.
