I have been using this product for many, many cans. Originally got it because it is a lot cheaper than other spray foam insulation cans from Quad and Great Stuff brands. Used a single can on a job of 13 windows, and still had some to spare. We use this product on a lot of our window and door jobs. Not only does it hold the window or door tighter, it has never caused bowing to prevent the proper opening and closing of the unit. Beware the 1 star reviews on this product. The low review is NOT from the product itself, but from customers who fail to understand you need to buy a FOAM GUN for a can of SPRAY FOAM GUN INSULATION. As if the pictures alone that show the user having the tool weren't obvious enough. Why would you ever get the insulation AND the tool for just $14? Use some common sense

Red Devil FOAM & FILL Window & Door Gun Foam 24 oz Good for filling gaps with low density low pressure puffy soft foam. Doesn't get too hard/rigid. Skins over quickly. Easily cleanly slice with knife. Doesn't stick badly to masking tape. It says you can sand and paint cured foam, but I think it's too soft puffy bubbly to paint as finished surface, would want to mud over it first. Interior bubble voids can be up to quarter inch. No problem leaving it sit in the foam gun for a month between uses. Polyurethane, not water based.

Picture this. You prep the windows and doors, pull of the trim, and have your tools out. Youre ready to go. Then, you pull this spray foam out of the box and realize it doesnt have a nozzle. Dont all of these spray foam cans come with nozzles? Then, i try to use a nozzle from a previous can that I had, and its not compatible. When I call customer service (as yhough thats something I want to do when im in the middle of a job) I find out that I have to purchase the nozzle separatley for $37. And oh, btw, these cans of foam arent returnable. A complete waste of time and money. Im on my way to Lowes to get a five dollar can to finish my job.

It amazes me how some people make it this far in life. You need a gun and It's common sense. If you buy a foam with a straw good luck using it again. Bottom line is it's low expansion foam and at a great price. I own a pest control business and sealing up holes for mice is a must. I stuff a hole with copper mesh and foam right over it. High expansion foam is a no no for siding and things that can shift. It'll stay on a gun for a month no problem. But if i didn't use it much I'd just take it off and store it away for another project. Or go around my house and attic to seal up what i can. Acetone cleaner is a must when working with this stuff and to keep the gun clean. I've seen people break foam guns way to early because simple maintenance isn't done.
