DC Comics World of Warcraft Series 4: Murloc Action Figure 2-Pack: Fish-Eye and Gibbergill - Colors May Vary

Ich war überrascht, als ich die Figuren bekam. Für den doch recht geringen Preis hatte ich weder so große noch so sorgsam und detailgetreu verarbeitete Figuren erwartet. Ganz großes Lob!

These guys look awesome. Lots of attention to detail. They were a lot bigger than I thought they would be, as well. A good six inches tall. This is a great gift for any Warcraft fan.

The detail and colour on these is amazing. They look awesome as a display piece (though I never take mine out of the cases/packaging) Very happy with these. Good decent size. All round solid,eye catching mgrlmgrlmrgl

Die Figuren sind sehr Detailreich, jedoch wurde meine Version mit zwei blauen Murlocs geliefert, welche bei Weitem nicht so ein schönes Bild abgeben wie ein Blauer und ein Grüner (es fehlt der Kontrast - Wasser blau, Murlocs blau)

I've had this set on pre-order for quite a while and was very excited when Amazon finally delivered it. I did not have the same problem as reported by Micah's review, both Fish-Eye and Gibbergill were the correct colors as shown on the Amazon product page. I know that there is a "collector's" color variant out there where the pallets are swapped, so maybe there was a mix up on his set? After being a little disappointed by the paint quality on the World of Warcraft Series 4: Deluxe Collector Figure: Lady Vashj figure, I was pleasantly surprised by the details on the Murlocs. The colors were bright and distinct and the little details - such as the shells and twine and the froth from the water - were a nice touch. The one problem I ran into would be the durability of this set. Unfortunately for no apparent reason, my Murlocs took a header onto the floor and the green guy's leg snapped off right at the foot. He's currently being held together by some epoxy putty and a finishing nail. Randomly the Murlocs seem to tilt over as their weight shifts, so a fall from the heights might be in several owners' future. Keep these guys situated on a wide surface and add additional weight to the base if you have the option. Other than that, these guys are a great addition to any Warcraft figurine collector's collection. ============================ **UPDATE** I ordered a second set of these guys from Amazon and I ran into the same problem that reviewer "Micah" mentioned. Both Murlocs in my new set were of the green skin only - same exact paint scheme for each Murloc. BUYER BE AWARE!!! The Murloc action figure set you receive **may not** match the blue / green duo that Amazon has pictured on their item page.
