I love it because it is a liquid, making it very easy to take instead of having to take yet another pill. Yet its only ingredient is yeast. While good, it doesn't contain any bacterial strains which you need for a more rounded effect. In addition, you only take this once a week. For me, I'm not sure if that is enough. I like it in that I can take this in addition to my regular daily probiotic. However, it is expensive to do so. Also, although minor - will I actually remember to take it once a week? It's easy to keep my other supplements in a daily pill container so I know when to take what but this is different. The little bottles of this liquid are nice but I'm not sure I will remember to grab one once a week. As far as taste, I tried the grape flavor. If you've ever had grape kool-aid, that's how it tastes only a bit watered down.

The concept of this product is neat, but the flavor is... doable. It's easy to take because I only had to do it once a week. I really like the idea of limiting the number of pills and getting my week's worth of probiotics all in one go. I didn't really notice a difference in my digestion otherwise though, possibly because of other means I have to support that.

This was a convenient way to get your probiotics! Love that you only have to take this once a week and its a great boost of probitics!!

When I saw brewer's yeast listed, I had some reservations, having had experienced trying to gag down brewer's yeast supplements years ago. This is SO much more palatable, and I like the delivery system of drops that are taken once a week, so although initially it doesn't look like much, it's actually an almost 4 month supply. No adverse effects to note.

Probiotic supplements can be hit or miss, but this one goes down easily with no weird aftertaste. The liquid formula is smooth, making it easy to mix into drinks or take on its own. Packaging is secure, with no annoying leaks or spills, which is always a plus. One thing I did notice is that the dropper isn’t the most precise—sometimes it dispenses too much at once, which is annoying when trying to measure out a specific amount. Still, for a probiotic that doesn’t taste like punishment, this one is a solid choice.

Really cannot tell if whether or not this helped anything with my gut or digestion. i did try it and enjoyed the grape flavor it had! it was really yummy in this way but I just can’t tell if i would get it again in the future cause i never seen anything significant from its recommended use.
