I checked the description on Amazon and it says that it is fried with non hydrogenetade canola oil.

The description says 3 lbs. But the package in the pictures say 100 grams which equals .22 lbs. That's not even a quarter lb. So how much is it?

It's a big bag - it is about 3 lbs. Just be aware of the caloric content - 460 calories per serving
