A tad too small but good and strong support

I bought this when I didn’t have my normal belt with me. This one is thinner and can be worn more discretely. It fits well and is highly adjustable. Provided some relief to lower back pain. Was comfortable to wear. So because my lower back pain was moderate - and my back wasn’t in serious spasms - this belt was fine. However, when I’m really suffering I need the wider belt that provides much more relief. So I would say this is a good “on the go” belt if you just need a little extra support for lower back issues. You can wear it without it being obvious. (It’s not as bulky as the other heavy duty belts). I’m basing my 4 stars on the amount of support it provides. But based on the quality of the belt it probably deserves 5 stars. Just depends on what you are looking for or need.

I don't like the way the wider braces are so obviously showing under clothing, so I tried this. While this brace is more streamlined, it is still a bit thick, especially the rubber foam band that is the main component. This brace is hardly an improvement in appearance. Other cons: Both problems are with the rubber foam band. There is a very strong odor, like a brand new tire. After a week it is still noticeable to myself and others. The rubber foam band does not breath well. Even under normal use, it becomes very hot and makes you sweat underneath the brace. Any increased activity and you really heat up and sweat. I really wanted this to work as the concept is what I was looking for but this brace just doesn't provide a comfortable and issue free experience in normal use.

I wear this to work and it gives me good support. The band is not too thick, durable, and gives me pain relief. The velcro holds very well.

Works great and can wear it under my clothes . Runs large.
