The quality is better than expected.. The built in protective screen fits perfectly on the front screen, no difference with the touch sensitivity at all. Fits nicely, a little iffy on the side towards hinge on front screen. it moves so it can break. Could use adhesive of some sort, otherwise stylish and contemporary.

It was fine for a little while. But the color began to fade and now it broke.

I'm updating my review fm 3 stars to 4 stars after receiving a *very nice email from seller Suzii Technology offering me a full refund* and *a chance to make it right* just a couple of days after posting my initial review. In good conscience I cannot accept their generous offer for any refund though bc their phone case worked just fine for an entire 6 months, and I try to be honest in my dealings. Also, as stated in my first review below, I truly believe that the problem does not lie with the phone case manufacturers but does exist bc of the way the OnePlus Open phone itself is designed, that causes all brands of cases with the thin side strip to fail at some point. This Suzii one may have lasted longer than other brands, based on reviews of many other brands I've read. Thank you to Suzii Technologies - I will remember your great customer service in any future purchases. Initial Review: Worked fine for 6 months until the thin right side strip on the top half of the OnePlus Open case broke. My daughter has an identical phone and her first case (another brand) also broke in the same spot. The side strip has to be fairly thin anyway due to the design of the phone itself, so I suspect that due to the design plus the rather inflexible material of this phone case, this weak spot in the case wasn't flexible/durable enough to withstand going in and out of a pants pocket on a frequent basis. I'm not hard on phones or phone cases, and I'm always careful when putting it in my pants pocket, so both the phone and the case still look like they're in new condition - except for that one spot on the case where it broke all the way in two. I'm going to look for another case that has more of a rubbery or silicone nature and is thicker. Don't know if they make one with these features, but I think that's what is needed for a case to last more than 6 months on the OnePlus Open. I don't mind forking over more money to protect an expensive phone like the Open.

Bought this case a year ago and I have no complaints. Offers great protection and fits my phone nicely. I bought the red case and I get many compliments.

Perfect Fit For My Phone

Too bulky, I'm not sure why it even says "slim"? It does offer good protection, and it's priced just right, but it doesn't offer athe slim feel the title suggests and even looks very bulky.

Fits well on the OnePlus Open! Slightly thicker and bigger lip than the case that comes with the phone. Sure it make not look as classy as the faux-leather on the original, but any other case out there had some glass protector on the front which is completely unnecessary and annoying. It has a nice subtle texture making it not as slippery, but also not super grippy that it gets stuck in a pocket. I also like how on the front of the case there are indentations so you can easily swipe up or sideways since the bezel could normally be in the way. There is no adhesive that comes with the case. It isn't absolutely necessary but I used 2mm double sided tape to keep it on place just because I had some. I'm happy with the purchase!

I like the way it fits and feels but the front piece broke. i bought it again and the same thing happened again. im going to try and find a metal one.

The case feels well built, thin, looks similar to original no frills case and still holding up well after several months of use. However, since I've switched to this case, every time I pull the phone out of my pant pocket, the pocket turns inside and out due to the grippiness of the case on fabrics. It is a little annoying but not a deal breaker for me. Broke after a few months. Update: I've bought another and the new one lasted me three months before breaking in the same spot. (Top left corner). Not sure if I'll keep buying this same case anymore.
