Ends up UID is rewritable
If you are using the proxmark3 iceman fork, you need to use `hf mf cload` command to update the fob. `hf mf restore` was not able to update the UID.

FINALLY! You can rewrite UID on these with ProxMark3. "hf mf cload -f <filename>"
