I'm too lazy to use the teeth brighteners that require keeping a mouthpiece against your teeth for any amount of time, and I don't see how whitening strips get into the crevices of your teeth. I thought I'd give this toothpaste a try. If nothing else, it would work as toothpaste. I was surprised at the results. They weren't noticeable at first, but after a few weeks I could tell a noticeable difference. My teeth were at least two shades whiter. And I was even using the toothpaste as suggested. Now I will. Worth the price, without the effort.

This toothpaste is gritty. Almost the same grittiness as the dentist uses to polish teeth. Has a great peppermint taste instead of mint which I don't like. Cleans teeth well.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this toothpaste. For many years I used another pretty expensive toothpaste that did not cause gum irritation. Also, it made my teeth nice and white. As time went on, my favorite toothpaste got harder to find and the price got rediculously expensive. Because it is really important to me to have white teeth, I decided to make it my mission to find a less expensive toothpaste that also did not irritate my gums. After two disappointing tries, I found this toothpaste. I really am amazed at how gentle it is on my gums and yet it really keeps my teeth white. I also use Crest whitening mouthwash and occasionally Crest whitening strips. Great combination!!!! No plans to look any further!
