Good batteries
Batteries were packages well. They are light weight batteries, and fit just like a standard battery. I can't judge the longevity yet, but so far seem to be good. They seem like they are a good value compared to the major name brands. Will most likely buy again.

Good when the cell isn't defective
EDIT: Updated from 3 to 5 stars just for customer service. PowerAll reached out to me after posting the below review to offer replacement batteries or a full refund. I chose the latter as I don't need more AA lithiums right now. When I need more lithium AA's, I might try PowerAll's again knowing that they will refund/replace if there are issues.Original: Like everyone else, I'm searching for a less expensive version of Energizer Ultimate's for Blinks and other high-draw devices where rechargeable batteries aren't effective. The good news is that these seem to be capable as working as well as the Energizers, which is great. But after a couple of months of using them, I'm finding defective cells.1) I installed a pair in a blink cam in an attached garage. Three days later it quit. One battery was 1.6V, the other was 0.2V. I replaced the .2V with a new one, and the camera has been working fine for 2 months now.2) I installed 8 in a set of powered window blinds. They worked for a week, then quit. Two of the 8 reported below .1V, including one at 24.5 milivolts (see pix). The rest were all 1.5+V.So, they're "ok", but quality control is lacking compared to Energizers.

If you buy these for a need to depend them to perform a crucial task, look elsewhere.
I purchased two 12 count AA packs of Powerowl lithium batteries on December 24, 2024 on Amazon. I inserted two batteries into my Blink Camera immediately. The camera was and is not in a highly traveled area. Today is March 20, 2025. I noticed the Blink was offline. I removed the batteries and tested them. One battery read 1.03 and the other 1.48. I removed two more new batteries from the pack. Both tested in the 1.80s. I inserted them and the camera is now online. Prior to my purchase of these batteries, I had been using EverReady lithium batteries. But, I had checked the reviews on the Powerowl lithium batteries and they were the most part positive so I purchased the AAs an AAAs. A major complaint I have is the 30 day return policy is useless. Even standard batteries will last that long. Also, I purchased a 24 pack of AAA batteries. If they are the same quality. I will have 24 AAs and 24 AAA batteries I cannot trust.

I thought they were nice until they were out in the cold; out of 12 batteries, 2 totally died
I was using these in a battery pack for a device that goes outside. I chose them because the Energizer lithiums are insanely expensive now, these batteries are well-reviewed, and because lithium primaries like this are supposed to handle cold temperatures very well. The device uses 12 AA batteries, a lot I know. Anyway, after less than a winter month outside in a device that mostly sips power, 10 of the batteries were will mostly full up, but 2 of them were completely dead. Dead, as in, you hook them up to a voltmeter and it says 0V. Since that's very unlikely form a chemical perspective, I'm guessing there was some sort of internal structural failure due to the cold. It wasn't even really that cold, as I'm in the Pacific Northwest USA and the winter has been pretty mild. It got down to maybe 30F for a few days.Overall I'm pretty disappointed in these. They may work fine in warmer environments, I'm not sure. I ordered some more and will see how they hold up in standard devices. I have to say, though, the Energizer lithiums that I've used for years were bulletproof and some simple testing shows that they have somewhat higher capacity as well. These PowerOwl batteries are quite a bit cheaper but perhaps for a reason.
