I bought this Pilates ring set with resistance bands to mix up my home workouts, and I’m so glad I did! The ring has just the right amount of resistance—challenging but not impossible. It’s great for toning thighs, arms, and core. The included bands add a lot of variety. They come in different resistance levels, so I can adjust depending on the workout or muscle group I’m targeting. The whole set feels well-made and lightweight, which makes it easy to store or take with me when I travel. I also like that it comes with some simple workout suggestions to get started (perfect for beginners). Overall, I’m very happy with this Pilates set. The ring and exercise ball are excellent—both feel durable and professional-grade. The ball was easy to inflate, and the included pump is a nice touch. I’ve been using the ring for core and leg exercises, and it has the perfect amount of resistance. The set also comes with a helpful guide that walks you through different workouts, which I really appreciated as someone doing Pilates at home. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the resistance bands. While they’re decent, they tend to bunch up a little during use, especially over leggings. If they were just a bit wider or had some grip on the inside, they’d be perfect. That said, it’s still a great deal for the price, and I’d absolutely recommend it—especially for beginners or anyone looking to enhance their at-home workout routine.

This is a very basic set for pilates but very complete, I like how easy is to use it and it comes with some examples of excercises to target differente areas of the body. The color is very cute and good quality from the ball, to the ring and the elastic bands. Comes with a nice string bag to carry your whole set wherever you go.

I love this set. Pilates class uses this exact brand and it’s super durable. It was super easy blowing up the ball with the little air tool they provide. I would say if you want the ball super firm it would be hard to get because the air comes out quickly once you remove the air pump.

Beautiful colour. All you need for home Pilates in this one kit. Quality is fantastic well made Pilates set. You get a pump to pump up the Pilates ball. The Pilates ring is comfortable and made of good quality material. I really like the fact you get a drawstring bag to store your equipment together and you also get a set of Pilates poses included. Easy to use equipment I have not done Pilates until recently and I have been using this equipment every day for several months with no issues. The resistance bands are great. This complete set ensures an effective workout. I would highly recommend this product. LIONSCOOL Pilates set is unreal you smashed it with this set and it’s excellent value for money. I do home Pilates but you could easily take this to a class or gym should you want to. Thank you LIONSCOOL for a fantastic set.
