Inferior Quality
Item was of such poor quality that I was afraid to use it out of concern for stripping whatever I tried to actually trying torque with it.

unidirectional, Bidirectional, who knows no manual
Torque setting is off 10% high so set it on the low scale of what you are torquing. My big complaint, very poor user manual, I think it’s unidirectional not sure?? The heads can be flipped over and direction changes ? Please put out a better manual. Without manual unidirectional, Bidirectional who knows? Makes hard to use??? Update when I went to put back in case adjustable head would not come off? pin was stuck and would not push in had to tap with a roll pin punch after it came loose pin worked easy? probably will wish I returned when I can?

Crescent Wrench Problems
Crescent wrench attachment does not work with the Torque settings.

Great tool for mini split installation.

Good value for cost
The torque wrench did it's job. The adjustable end was a little slopy and I wouldn't choose it if I used it every day. (I only needed to tighten four fittings.)
