This is the best cleanse, u can in fact use it everyday but u have to stay hydrated, u will shed some pounds just don’t take two at a time the first try tho you will be in trouble 🫢

I bought these to help cleanse and restart my gut. Ive been on a dietary plan recently and hoped it would help me in my journey. Let me tell you, as someone who has EXTREME period cramps and usually a high pain tolerance. This pain was more than I expected. Even for me it was bad. The best thing to do if you plan on taking these is making sure to stay hydrated and remember to breathe. Its extremely painful due to the pills breaking down any bad things in your intestines or parasites. I had been taking apple cider vinegar gummies that helped me with my digestion on a daily and arent painful. I suggest taking those if you aren’t ready for pain but still want a gut reset. Besides that, Im already seeing a change in my body. I started with two pills the night before and I saw less bloating from me eating. Everything is great with these pills its just the fact that its painful. 😖

It really works for me because I’ve been having consummation problems half of my life so this product works really well and I can go daily instead of three times out of a week or maybe not at all so thank you for making this product. I really do appreciate it.

Pill def works but it’s impossible to go on by your day. I work and I had to keep using the bathroom. So it made my days longer at work. I could barely eat a small portion just to have something on my stomach and it came right out. It put me in the mind of a stomach bug. I used the bathroom probably 5 times a day. I stopped at 5 days. Because I was behind on my daily house things. I can definitely tell the difference in my stomach and bloating but good lord . I only lost 1 lb. Make sure you drink plenty of water. That’s the key.
