Great Purchase!
This was a great purchase for my master bathroom remodel. I am 5.6 and this tub was comfortable. The jets are powerful and the lights turn on when you press that button. There isn't a way to control the lights, they rotate through the various colors. The white dial helps regulate the airflow. There are 3 motors that require 3 separate GFI outlets and the trick here is to verify that the electric panel has room for this before you purchase. I had to add 2 more outlets and was fortunate to have room in my panel. The electrician added 2 dedicated 20am breakers. My tub had 2 plugs added on the left and one on the right on the tile walls with enough room for my hand to press the GFI button if needed. Love the faucet, you can move it out of the way. The hand sprayer has great pressure and a long water line, which made it easy to clean the tub. Overall this is a high quality and beautiful tub. Great Purchase!

How to relax at the end of the day
We were a little hesitant to spend the money on this tub, but my wife and I are so glad we did. This will fit one person very comfortably and the whirlpool action is very relaxing and it looks good too :-) This was part of a complete bathroom remodel and we love the end result. Great product!

Product looked fine but was a disaster after installed.
Once we had this installed it leaked internally in a significant way. Whole thing is useless. Now trying to get a replacement

Beautiful tub but there are a few things you should know.
The media could not be loaded. The tub is very sleek and comfortable. I love the air and water jets. However, the lights can’t be set on any particular color so they just cycle through to each color. The thing I absolutely hate about this tub is its drain. It’s a push button drain and because of its location it’s super easy to accidentally drain the tub without even realizing you did it. The water level goes down while the jets are on and it’s impossible to hear. Water spews all over your bathroom and makes a huge mess. I’m going to change the stopper to a pull & twist so we can’t accidentally drain the tub while bathing.UPDATES:LED: I discovered the light will stay on one color if you double tap OK.LOOSE FAUCET: The faucet came loose and Woodbridge said you have to lift the tub to tighten it. They sent me a check for $300 to pay someone to do it. That’s what I call excellent customer service!

Nicely priced unit. Good look and features. Some considerable flaws.
We’re about 6 months in to our ownership for this unit. We enjoy it, but it’s definitely been a mixed experience. The positives:- Looks great. It’s a sleek and clean look.- Good size. Two average adults should be able to fit in the tub easily. Great for soaking.- Price. The price really is unmatched to get the heater and jets.- Jets, bubbles and heat. It really is nice to be able to relax and get something pretty close to a hot tub experience, without having to deal with the energy bills and water chemistries. The negatives:- Loud. But thats to be expected at this price point.- Touch controls do not work particularly well with wet hands. Gotta have a towel nearby to dry them.- Touch controls can be a bit sensitive and too easy to accidentally turn on. Then frustrating to turn off if, as mentioned, your hands are wet.- The drain plug is poorly designed. It’s too easy to accidentally pop up the drain because it’s located square in the middle of the tub. Pretty much exactly where something is going to sit on it. IT IS CRUCIAL to remove the spring mechanism to prevent this because…- The jets are, in a certain sense, actually too powerful. They’re either on 100% or off. Because the nozzles are so narrow, the water shoots out like a cannon. And because they don’t have enough articulation to aim down particularly low, if the water level isn’t high enough, it’ll blast right out of the tub.So, combine the negative points above and you have this recipe for a rare perfect storm of events to happen that results in the tub literally emptying itself on onto your bathroom walls and floor. You’re having a relaxing jetted soak, you shift and your rear-end presses and pops open the drain plugs. You can’t really feel the drain pop with the water turbulence and you can’t hear it draining over the jets. Water drains incredibly fast (seriously the drain speed is impressive), and the water level drops to the jet line, and now your bathroom is basically flooding because your wet hands can’t turn the damn thing off. Ask me how I know this is all possible.Knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t buy it again. But at least now I know and can take steps to prevent it from happening again. I cannot stress enough how important it is to replace the drain plug with something else, or at least remove the spring mechanism from the included piece. They really need to reconsider the drain placement and plug mechanism.

Great Value
Really love our BJ600, got the version without faucets and installed a floor mounted tub filler. It’s a great value. Initially we had trouble adjusting the temperature on the water heater but their technical support was great, followed up immediately and explained how to do it correctly. It also came with information on how to extend the warranty to cover parts for two years.
