You know that desperate feeling when you're stuffy and can only breath through one nostril and you feel a panic attack coming on while your in bed trying to sleep? Well this is the solution. It is almost INSTANT full relief. My husband and I have tried every other nasal spray and this is by far the fastest and most effective. It burns a bit when it goes in but it lasts hours. Make sure to get the Eucalyptus one (there's also an aloe one). You won't regret it. Worth the money. We buy several packs at a time.

It’s really work that relieve the blockage of running nose, but it only works a moment and will come back again. It’s quite intensive if use it more than 2 times. It can’t use more than 3 days

I don't have congestion often but when it does happen, this works to clear my nasal passages. It's a gel like consistency so it feels as though it's moisturizing the inside of your nose. As with any medication, use with caution. You don't want to develop a rebound effect and end up having to rely on this to keep your sinuses clear. Rinse your sinuses regularly with a neti pot and salt solution. Natural is always better but this Zicam spray works very well.
