In areas with more impurities in the water, we recommend changing the cartridge every 6 months. This helps to prolong the life of the product.

When the water tank need water exchange?

Raw water enters the cartridge through one side, and the remaining water after filtration is the undrinkable wastewater with high TDS that cannot pass the RO layer. When the water level is low, the machine prompts Change Water, then you can exchange.
