Strap works great. Doesn't slip or anything. Gives multiple spots for anchoring bands which helps add more exercises.

Very helpful strap
I've had resistance bands for a long time and had difficulty using them because I couldn't get angles right with the door anchor. This bands helps a lot. My one complaint and reason for 4 stars is that they need something slightly thicker to "anchor" it. There is a small piece of yellow strap attached to the top and I believe it's there to prevent the strap from moving then there is tension that would move the strap on the door (like when pulling down on a loop). But it's just one extra layer so if there is a small space ( like there is in my door), the strap still moves. I don't do anything where the safety depends on that strap staying in place but if I did, this is not a strap I could use. But for the price, it looks well made, seems sturdy with that one exception, and helps me a lot so I'm pleased with it.

The fastener.
The fastener always gets stuck and i literally have to get a hammer to be able to open the fastener . Be carful what you buy.

Not tightly secured to door
Not impressed. The idea and workout system seems good and useful. BUT the security and fastening system is not very good. The clamp is weak-sauce.
