This is the perfect notepad to help me atay focused on my priorities. It easily sticks inside my planner for me to organize my to dos.

I got this mainly because it has every section that I need: -gratitude block: I am the worst at journaling, and this is a great version of a gratitude journal -meals: easy to write down what I ate today to keep me in line -exercise: remember to do that if I have not -water count: this was a life-saver. I cannot force myself to drink water, even tried various apps, tried marking my bottle by hours and nothing worked until I got to cross out these little glasses during the day -all 'to do' blocks: these are very helpful with checkboxes and the 10min "just do it" section -easy to carry, adhesive is great, I can tear it off at the end of the day and start a new page, don't have to keep opening or closing a notebook (or carry extra pages, if it was a notebook) Would definitely recommend this to those who don't like the extra flare and don't want to journal or can't seem to keep their water glass count.

il blocco è come me lo aspettavo tuttavia l'adesivo non è molto efficace. Io solitamente scrivo e stacco il foglio per tenerlo attaccato alcuni gg e questo adesivo non ha una tenuta così lunga,
