Couldn't find any case for my Blackmagic Pocket OG for so long, incredibly this one popped up on Amazon! Fits the camera perfectly, plenty of mounting options, built like a tank. Has added weight to the camera so the first thing i have noticed the camera is more stable handheld which will allow me to shoot without gimbal more. Excellent quality, price!

Having had an OG BMPCC since launch, but missing out on getting one of the (several) cages available at the time, I thought I would never find a new purpose designed cage for this camera 10 years later. However Will has designed and manufactured an outstanding cage and it’s the best one to exist. The case itself is solid metal - not heavy at all but you know it’s sturdy and is going to protect your beloved camera. It fits beautifully and provides all the expected mounts and holes for external additions such as handles, battery mounts etc. What also needs to be said is that there has been immense consideration for a full array of additional items to compliment the cage, which are designed to fit seamlessly to it - including a rear screen protector and rails mount (both available from Will’s website). I am so pleased to have made this purchase and recommend any OG owner to not hesitate in getting their own one too. Finally, the shipping stated two weeks, and it arrived almost a week early!

Fits the BMPCC OG snug and secure, after attaching cage to camera. Has openings for battery swap, button functions and auxiliary cords. Excited to get filming.

Am I the only one who saw a photo in the description of this thing with a cool red lens cap and wood handle and thought I'd be getting that? This was literally only the cage, and the power cable adaptor. I didn't even get the metal piece that's supposed to help secure that. I think there's a fulfillment issue. The cage is awesome, not returning it but man after ordering another power cable, it still arrived sans metal part to secure it, and that was $35! So idk what else to do, like do you guys have the part or not? Why did I just pay $35 for a single cord?

This is a fantastic product. Really amazing build quality and the customer service from the company is fantastic. Although slightly pricey, it’s well worth it to protect such a fantastic piece of camera history. Especially now that the camera is over 10 years old and getting hard to find. You won’t regret getting this if you’re looking for something to protect your BMPCC OG.
