Love this water. The flavor is not overpowering- still thirst quenching versus sucking sweet. I am trying to drink water only but sometimes get tired of the same thing. This allows me to still be healthy while getting some delicious variety.

I can become easily dehydrated but find I can drink 3 or 4 of these easily. Very pleasant and very effective.

My family loves these hydration drinks, and the ingredient list is better than most competitors. Our only wish is that they would remove the artificial sweetener (steviol)—then it would truly feel guilt-free. The fruit flavor isn’t overpowering, and we really appreciate that it’s not carbonated.

These are a win! Tastes great and L theanine is very calming. Not carbonated which is nice Definitely 5 stars, give them a try.

Good taste. I like the non carbonation. Good ingredients for hydration drink. Used to buy at Costco for lesser price. They don’t carry anymore. Glad to find on Amazon even though more expensive.

These are good but the efficacy of the functional ingredients is low and also they all taste the same. Wild blueberry tastes like lemonade

My first experience drinking Leisure Hydration I had no idea what ashwagandha is, let alone that it is a key ingredient. I chugged an entire can (16 oz) of the blueberry flavor after a late afternoon nap, started driving to dinner, and was overcome with a feeling of euphoric bliss. No exaggeration. When I shared what happened with my companions, one examined the can and said that ashwagandha "helps with anxiety." I giggled uncontrollably and replied "I'm sure that it does!" After that initial experience, I decided to buy it by the case, and although I have not had a repeat of the euphoric bliss, I definitely feel like drinking this beverage helps me feel content and at peace without any numbing or fuzzing out. If anything, I feel it attunes my senses so that I experience the environment in a neutral, unbiased way. I like all three flavors (Mango, Blueberry, Lemonade) but I think the Blueberry will always be my favorite. There is a mellow lemon undertone to all three which I rather like. On top of the ashwagandha you also get some nice electrolyte replenishment. You might consider this Gatorade for gurus. I am hoping they come out with some new flavors as well.
