I had a really hard time finding any vitamins that would work for me. I have a lot of allergies and a doctor recommended this brand. I am a light weight at around 100lbs so I thought I would try the teen version. I have been taking these for a couple years now and they work great. My low vitamin levels went back up and the pill size is small and easy for me to take. They do not upset my stomach like others I have tried. I have not had any allergies to them. I recommend them to others.

I have recently learned about methylated vitamins and it's been a game changer. With methylated vitamins, your body is able to use the ingredients directly instead of having to do the extra keg work if converting the contents to a usable form. I use 10x health for myself but they don't have a kids multivitamin. I found these and they have been awesome for my kids. I genuinely notice a difference when they have taken them for several days. These vitamins are great quality and yet not crazy expensive.

This is a great third-party tested multivitamin for children. I did a lot of research on the top multivitamins for children, and this passed as one of the best as far as health benefits and balance of vitamins and minerals. It has a bit of a smell and my son complained about it, so I won’t buy it again, however, for all other intents and purposes, I would highly recommend this product.
