If you send a lower resolution image the output quality may be affected with (pixilation and blur) 3. Picture format should be jpeg or tiff format 4. We will send you proof of final product for you to approve within 24 hours 5. If you will need more modifications, our designers will patiently work with you till you get the final product that you LOVE 6. Your case will be prepared and shipped immediately after we receive confirmation email from you.
