Arrived 3 months late, received a half dead plant even after I cancelled my order. The plant did not survive

This is an update to my previous review. The seller was extremely helpful. Not only did they promise to refund my payment, but they were kind enough to promise to send me a new batch of plants. I see the sincerity, honesty and the effort to go the extra mile. I will definitely order from this seller again in the future and look forward to their shipment this time, so that I can have the Holy Basil spring I have been looking forward to! 5 stars and totally appreciate Christienllc's response in settling the issue.
