I just ordered another jar and thought I should come back and tell folks why I love this stuff. It's the best, most soothing and healing after shave I've found in 60 years of shaving. I mostly use the unscented, just smooth a bit on my face after every shave. It feels good, soaks in immediately, and my wife loves the soft, smooth feel. I also love the Clean Cloud for it's mild, pleasant scent. It's not over-powering - I don't want to smell like a teenager on a hot date! It's mild, lasts maybe a couple hours (I like that my wife gets close enough to smell it!) and soothes my face better than anything I've ever tried. Highly recommended!

This is absolutely the best skincare product I've purchased in my life. If you're like me and have tried nearly every skincare product on the market - tallow is it! There is no daily skincare product that I've tried that could even compare to tallow - not from Sephora or Ulta, not even from the med spa (which I frequent) nor from any RX prescribed to me from my dermatologist! This is absolutely the most hydrating, nourishing, all-inclusive daily skincare product I've found. I've been searching for the "fountain of youth" skincare routine for 25+ years now. I'm exceptionally picky on what I add into my routine as a staple in my skincare arsenal. I use this on my face, lips, neck, chest, backs of hands and my feet. You will notice the improvement right away when you apply it. Overnight though - you'll wake up and put it on reorder when you see the HUGE improvement it makes when it actually fully absorbs into your skin! This is a must have for anyone. As for the beef tallow from the Amallow brand, specifically - I got the 4 ounce scented vanilla latte jar. It smells so good and has this awesome whipped up texture. I was worried about it feeling thick on my skin but that's not the case at all. Even after immediately applying I still feel like my skin can "breathe".

The big buzz is tallow these days so, of course, I had to check out the buzz myself. I understand the hype now. This product has a fresh light scent. Goes on very smooth....and LESS IS BEST (especially on your face). I have old very dry crepe skin that sometimes itches. This little potion has helped the itch and feels great on the ruff spots. I have even put it on my chapped lips. Great product, nice price, soothes aging skin. Don't expect miraculous wrinkle erasing...that may take years to see. But I do love this stuff and when I eventually run out, I will order more. Lord know how long that will be! I'm now a huge tallow fan...external and internally!

Lovely smell, super creamy and moisturizing. Seems like a high quality item. I have super sensitive skin and I used this in my face with no reaction. Protected my face from winter wind burn comfortably. I will use this on my body from now on as the scent is a bit strong for me for facial use. A little goes a long way. Am going to order the unscented for my face!

I love this tallow for my dry skin. It is a VERY heavy moisturizer. I use it, especially in the dryer months when my skin is cracking because of the dry air. I went with a scented one, which I do really love the scent, but I’ve grown to resent it being on my face so I would recommend getting a non-scented one. It’s so easy to apply and goes on like butter afterwards my skin is so soft and almost glows. This one bottle has lasted me forever and I’m not even halfway done with it.

This is my second purchase of tallow from this brand. I was very nervous to try tallow originally because I wasn’t sure about the smell, but I find no smell at all with this brand. I did prefer the lavender vanilla, which is what I purchased first over this one, but I like the texture of this jar more than the aforementioned. It’s thicker and more like a creamy balm whereas the other was more like a lotion. It could be that the time of year and the temperature affected the composition however, both worked effectively and my skin feels really nice. I just love the smell of the lavender vanilla. I also think the ingredients are clean and I would prefer to support a smaller company like this one. As a person with sensitive breakout prone skin, I am nervous to try new skincare but I haven’t had to worry about breakouts or any negative results. I’ve also stopped using seven or eight different types of products in my routine replacing with this one. I would like to see a frankincense tallow!from this brand. When I buy a third jar, I’ll update if there are any changes.

This is a great product! It's rich and moisturizing, yet somehow light and non-greasy. I've used other whipped tallow creams and have found them far too light, so I end up having to use a lot to get the feel I'm looking for. And natural shea butter is too stiff and hard to apply. Amallow is just right-- the perfect thickness and texture. My only wish is that it was offered in a larger size! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I got the lavender version. The smell is wonderful and dissipates quickly. My jar had leaked and I contacted the owner who promptly shipped a replacement. I love how fluffy this cream is and because it’s light and fluffy it’s easier to not use too much. It made my skin so soft and combats Colorado dryness . The other popular small company brand i tried arrived melted and was therefor hard to use proper amount and it stunk like meat. I love using Amallow on my face and body. It is a great product at a great price. Can’t wait to try other scents. Btw it doesn’t smell like beef fat like the other scented brand I tried. Win win win!
