Great simple shutter remote, just what I wanted
I needed a simple, cheap shutter release remote control so I can take pictures when my camera is on a tripod and I don't want to touch it. I didn't need Bluetooth or expensive options. I just want to press the shutter, and this does that perfectly for a great price.

Perfect
Worked great with my Nikon d3500

ya, it works, but with some nasty side effects
Canon 5D Mark III. Yes, you push the button and the shutter fires. Functional. But, for some reason, the remote overrides the drive setting if you have it set to 2 second delay or 10 second delay. If you have either of those functions set, and then press the remote shutter, the camera takes the shot immediately, not after 2 seconds or 10 seconds. That’s a dealbreaker for me. Unfortunately, this will be returned.

Good knock-off
This Neewer remote worked right out of the box.! The Nikon ML-L3, that I purchased first, did NOT work right out of the box. It was DOA, even though the battery voltage checked good. This Neewer remote performed all the functions that the Nikon could not. And it was half the price of the Amazon Warehouse price, which makes it about 1/4th the MSRP of the Nikon. This is a fantastic buy. Hopefully it lasts. You can look at the photo's and see that the Neewer is a very close replica of the Nikon. The Neewer uses a CR2032 battery, which is different than the Nikon ML-L3's battery which is a CR2025. I do not know how that will affect longevity of the battery. Time will tell.

Not bad
To be honest it works but if you like 7 feet away or further it won’t work

Be very close to sensor
Works fine. This remote was easy to use, once I looked up on YouTube how to pair it to my camera. Only issue is you have to be pretty close to the camera sensor.

Works great for Pentax!
Not only does it work flawlessly with my Pentax DSLR cameras, it actually has a better range and will trigger the camera shutter from farther away than my more expensive Pentax-branded IR remote from B&H!I've purchased similar cheapie remotes from a popular auction website that starts with "e" and ends with "bay" for cheaper - but the Prime shipping on this one was worth the extra cost as I needed it ASAP. Buy a spare, it's easy to drop or misplace! ;-)

It worked great at a recent event
My old one (not Neewer) broke, and I realized that just buying this one was almost cheaper than replacing the battery on the old one. It worked great at a recent event. Since I was livestreaming, I had to leave my DSLR in the photo booth with some college interns with zero photography experience. I dialed in the correct settings in manual mode and did a few test shots, then switched the "one shot" shooting mode to "timer/remote". Four different interns were in the booth that day, and every shot came out great. This thing can make your stationary camera idiot proof:)-

Barely works have to forcefully press the button to trigger my camera
I recently purchased a DSLR remote trigger and unfortunately, my experience with it has been less than ideal. The remote trigger barely works and I have to press down very hard on the button to trigger my camera. This makes it difficult to use in certain situations and has caused me to miss some important shots. Additionally, I have found that the remote trigger is quite unreliable and frequently fails to work altogether, which has been frustrating to say the least.

Don't do it.
This is not really what you think it is. I just bought it and took only two photos then it stoped working. I changed the battery just to make sure but it didn't work. It fells really plasticy and cheap somthing like $2 plastic made. Don't buy it there are so many good made remote contorol out there. If you bught just keep the amazon package for returning purpose cuz I throw it away and couldn't return it. Good luck

Es lento
El artículo es tal cual la imagen, sin funcionan en mi cañón T5i pero se me hace que es lento el tiempo que tarda entre que le das al botón y se acciona la cámara.

It is very important that the remote is compatible with my camera.
I bought this remote for my Sony A7R3. The description lists the camera as being compatible. The instructions that come with the remote has a section for Sony but the model is not listed, and naturally the remote doesn't work for me.
