This purchase was such a great quality of life improvement! Post chemo, I'm cold all the time and especially at bedtime. This mattress pad has made life so much nicer! I cover my side of the bed with my blankets and turn the heated pad on a couple hours before bed, and by the time I get in, my side of the mattress is so toasty warm! Once I get in bed I immediately turn the heat down to one of the lowest settings and set the timer for an hour. So even though I doze off pretty quickly, the heat shuts off in an hour automatically. Once or twice a night if I wake up feeling cold, I just reach over and turn the switch off and then back on, and the controller has remembered the last setting. The controller is really simple, and very easy to use. The display is not complicated; it shows you the main coverage area and the heat setting, and it shows you the foot area and heat setting. Then there is the button that sets the length of run-time. The fit was just right for the size of mattress it was ordered for. There is plenty of cord length I would think for most situations, but my controller sits right next to me on a nightstand. It has a bright blue backlight that lights on activity, but darkens after a few seconds. I just lay mine face down. This is one my more favorite purchases in a while, and I feel like it was a good value for the price.

The dual-zone heating is the absolute standout feature. I can keep my side warm and cozy while the other side stays cooler, which is perfect because our dog sleeps at the foot of the bed. I never have to worry about her getting too hot, and I don’t have to sacrifice my own comfort either. That balance alone makes this product worth it for us. The temperature control is precise and responsive. It heats evenly without hot spots, and it doesn’t feel overly dry or artificial like some heating products do. Just smooth, consistent warmth that makes getting into bed so much more comfortable, especially on cold nights. Another thing I love is the peace of mind. Knowing I can control each region separately means everyone in the bed....humans and pets included.....can sleep safely and comfortably. It feels thoughtfully designed for real households, not just ideal situations. If you share your bed with a partner who runs a different temperature, or with pets, as we do, this is one of those rare products that truly solves a problem rather than creating a compromise. Warm, customizable, and incredibly practical. I wouldn’t go back to a single-zone heater after this.

I've had this for about 2 weeks and so far I love it! I bought this specifically for the dual heated zones. My feet are always cold and this one has seperate upper and lower body sections. It gives you the option to use it very warm on your feet while keeping it lower on your upper body. I am very picky about my blanket and I only like lightweight blankets. I can't take a lot of weight on my legs/feet so I use a very light muslin blanket(glorified sheet)and using this heated matress pad has been a game changer. I do live in Atlanta area so it doesn't get too cold here but this allows me to use my super lightweight blanket and still keep the heat down to save money. This pad heats up very quickly and gets very warm. I start out with it on 9 on the feet and upper body. Within about 30 minutes when I am ready to go to sleep, I turn it down to 2-3 depending on how cold it is in my house. That generally keeps me warm all night! I have read other reviews and some suggestions that they want a "memory" setting and preheat. I wouldn't even worry about that because all you have to do is set it in the morning before you get out of bed. Before I turn it off, I put it to 9 on both upper and lower and set time for 8 hours. The controller will default to the last setting, so when I click it off it's set for that night. Before I get into bed, I just click it on and it comes on to the last setting. And preheat is not necessary because it heats up quickly. Don't hesitate to try this heated matress pad, so worth it! The controller is easy to understand and gets quite bright to read the settings but the light goes out very quickly. The other awesome feature is the zip off pad for washing. This way you don't have to remove the whole mattress pad-just zip the topper off and wash it. The heating elements are under the pad so they never see the washer or dryer...Brilliant! The one thing that is a small issue is the location of the controller cord. It is a short-ish cord and comes out from the right head of the pad. Unfortunately my nightstand is on the left side so I have had to get creative with the controller. The short cord seems a little counter intuitive but I've worked it out satisfactorily. Don't let this little problem be bigger than it is, just get creative and you will not be sorry!

I waited a year to write this review. I knew I loved it from day one but wanted to make sure it held up. AND I STILL LOVE IT! It does exactly what it says it does. Wide range of temperatures and you can set the time for one hour all the way up to having it on all night. I am able to heat my lower body/feet separately (my feet are always cold) from my upper body. I like that the controller is attached at the top and not the bottom. I took off one star because it is impossible to look at the controls at night when the room is dark. Once you touch a button a blinding blue light comes on making it impossible to see to make adjustments. I do manage to change the settings without looking at it, just by touch, but that usually causes me to inadvertently hit some wrong buttons too. Even with this annoying feature I still recommend it!

Amazing product. We experienced a multi-zone heated mattress pad while travelling in Europe and decided it was exactly what we needed at home. The multi-zone controls are a bonus and perfect for heading into winter.

Efficace pour deux personnes qui ont des goût de température différents. Très fonctionnel. Température facile à contrôler. La fonction haut et ba du corps donc 4 zones à calibrer différemment est totalement extraordinaire. Laver n’est pas un soucis car les fils restent sur l’enveloppe du matelas . La construction est solide et les matériaux de qualité. Les télécommande garde les réglages d’une nuit à L’autre.

This is the most sensible bed warming item for the following reasons…… 1. A top sheet covers the mattress pad so the body does not touch it. 2. If there is a spill or stain, you can unzip the top to throw in the washer. I tried it and it was easy to zip back up after washing and drying. 3. There are controls for the top separate from the lower portion so your feet can get a higher temp on cold nights. 4. There are controls for two people to set up their settings separately, top and bottom from each other. This the best purchase we have made in a long time. I cannot say enough about this product.

This item works well, if you are short you will need to make sure you pull all the excess material to the top because where the foot heat ends, is quite far down the bed.

Love the sections. Husband can have his own temp and great for the foot section as my toes get cold. I’ve had for a few months. Very happy with the purchase. Fits deep fitted king no problem
