Wooden box, wow! I would not call it wooden, plastic is more like it. Made in China, oh it may say wooden in the description ,with craftsmenship , the piece I received you cut paper with the bottom plates sharp edges. Save a lot of heartache at an emotional time, buy something that's honesty wooden and built with pride. Not mass produced
