Love, love, love this shampoo and condition in one. I have coarse hair and well water (a bad combination). I’ve spent so much trying to find a quality shampoo and conditioner to make my hair softer and more manageable. I needed a conditioner but all that I tried weighed my hair down.This is the perfect solution. Soft, manageable, but not weighed-down hair. I’ll never use any other shampoo/conditioner. And the price is a fraction of what I was spending on high-end products that just did not work for me.

So when I first started using this my hair was like crazy soft, and it was super hydrated. After using it for a while my hair is a lot less soft and doesn't look or feel nearly as hydrated. It has gotten colder and dryer so it could be that a bit, but it was doing it 2 weeks after I started using it before the weather had changed. Still it works better than a lot of other options, and it has a pleasant smell. I'd say 4 stars is reasonable since it does seem to dry your hair out a bit after a while.

My favorite shampoo! Been using it for years, I’ve tried multiple other 2 in 1 brands and they do not even come close to how clean my hair feels. I have long & extremely thick hair, and this is thick also, so I can put it on my entire head and then add water to lather it and make it soapy to wash through my hair. I will always use this!

It is a good 2 in 1 brand. Effective and still leaves my hair soft and silky.
